Jackson residents and visitors who venture
downtown to taste the local cuisine at this year's
Taste of Jackson will be in for an extra treat.
The annual event, which is hosted by the Midtown Association,
will also feature a fashion show and
live art demonstrations by local artists.
The event is scheduled for Aug. 15 and will take
place from 1 to 4 p.m. on Mechanic Street,
between Cortland Street and Washington Avenue.
